Responsibility

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to responseto inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
  • Technical support via telephone calls and emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports
  • Willing to comply to any additional task.
  • Qualifications

  • Must B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering with 1 (One) Year Experience or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering with 3 (Three) Year(s) Experience.
