Manage the new acquisition team with all kinds of task delivery within SLA (Service Level Agreements);
Supervise of Merchant Payment Team to achieve the departmental as well as organizational goal;
Administer Credit Card Maintenance and Card personalization team so that they can ensure effective support;
Develop internal policy, planning, and strategic decisions and follow up the implement and review operational policies and procedures;
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations;
Monitor and keep records for proper performance evaluation;
Communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints;
Manage project and drive business process reengineering initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science and Engineering, from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;
