Responsibility

  • Manage the new acquisition team with all kinds of task delivery within SLA (Service Level Agreements);
  • Supervise of Merchant Payment Team to achieve the departmental as well as organizational goal;
  • Administer Credit Card Maintenance and Card personalization team so that they can ensure effective support;
  • Develop internal policy, planning, and strategic decisions and follow up the implement and review operational policies and procedures;
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations;
  • Monitor and keep records for proper performance evaluation;
  • Communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints;
  • Manage project and drive business process reengineering initiatives.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science and Engineering, from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;
