Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer at Priyo Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of our software systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the CI/CD pipeline for efficient and automated application deployment.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing system infrastructure.
- Managing cloud environments and utilizing tools to automate operational tasks.
- Ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems.
- Troubleshooting issues across the development and production environments.
- Implementing best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC) and version control.
- Participating in on-call rotations to address any critical system incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and configuration management.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for performance analysis.
- Familiarity with security practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
