If you don’t want to use our service, and you want to delete your account along with your data, you have to ask our customer support to do this for you. Please create a ticket from your dashboard, or e-mail to [email protected] with details. We will be more than happy to assist you to delete your account.
Yes, you can open business checking accounts with Priyo Pay, if you have registered LLC / Incorporation in the USA.
But, you have to create personal account first, and finish your KYC. Then, you can add your business under that same profile. You can find more about business accopunts at priyo.com/business

No. At this moment, we don’t accept uploading your National ID, Driver License, Passport or any other documents for identity verification process. You have to take the photo of your original ID through our application for proper verification purpose.
You should be able to change your profile data from your dashboard. Please login to https://pay.priyo.com and check your profile by clicking upper-right corner of the menu. Update your profile as need.
But, if you need any critical data i.e., KYC to update, please contact [email protected] or create a ticket from our application’s dashboard.
Use Priyo Pay for legitimate transactions to avoid any issues. Engaging in abnormal or illegal transactions may lead to problems, including legal action. Examples of such transactions include frequent large transactions in a short time, attempting transactions without sufficient funds, using closed accounts/cards, entering incorrect expiration dates or CVV numbers, transacting with unknown parties, engaging in transactions that cannot be substantiated, terrorist financing, gambling payments, pornography-related transactions, and other illegal activities.

There are different subscription packages. Based on your package, you should be able to create 1 or more Bank Account(s), and create one or multiple cards as needed. You can create virtual cards immediately by your own; and activate it to use immediately. But, you have to order physical card, which takes a few weeks to deliver to your address.
A personal account is for individual / personal use, while a business account is for business purposes. Personal accounts are not suitable for large transactions, which can be done via business accounts. The account opening process and required documents also differ.
For a personal account, you need to provide personal information (ID, photo, phone number, address, email, etc.). For a business account, you need to submit business-related documents. Currently, only those with a registered business in the USA can open a Priyo Pay business account.
The person managing the business account must have a personal Priyo Pay account with successful KYC completion.

পার্সোনাল অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য (যেমন- আইডি, ছবি, ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা, ইমেইল, ইত্যাদি) দিতে হয়। আর বিজনেস অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বিজনেস সম্পর্কিত ডকুমেন্ট সাবমিট করতে হয়। বর্তমানে যাদের যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে রেজিস্টার্ড ব্যবসা আছে, তারাই বাংলাদেশ বা যুক্তরাষ্ট্র থেকে প্রিয় পে বিজনেস অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে পারবেন।
উল্লেখ্য, বিজনেস অ্যাকাউন্টটি যিনি পরিচালনা করবেন, প্রিয় পে তে তার পার্সোনাল অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকা লাগবে এবং সে অ্যাকাউন্টের ওয়াইসি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
